Professional Welding Repair, Portable Line Bore, & Repair
Specific measurements for every brand and attachments for heavy equipment. We are able to create any metal hole up to 30 inches or more.
MIG Welding (Metal Inert Gas):
This process uses a wire welding electrode on a spool that is fed automatically at a constant pre-selected speed. A shielding gas is also used to protect the weld area from atmospheric contamination.
TIG Welding (Tungsten Inert Gas):
TIG welding uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld. This process requires a separate filler material and shielding gas, and it is known for producing high-quality, precise welds.
Stick Welding (Shielded Metal Arc Welding):
This process uses a flux-coated electrode that is consumable. The electrode holder holds the electrode as it slowly melts away, creating the weld. It’s a versatile and commonly used welding process.
Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW):
FCAW is similar to MIG welding, but it uses a special tubular wire filled with flux rather than a solid wire and a shielding gas. This can be particularly useful for outdoor welding or on dirty materials.
